Airport Transfers
Our fleet of chauffeur driven cars include MPV cabs which can accommodate upto 6 passengers with 6 small suitcases and hand luggage, or 5 passengers, 5 large suitecases and small hand luggage. All our cabs are modern and airconditioned. JKCS provides airport transfer services to and from all London airports, including; Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton. JKCS offers SightSeeing cab tours of London, Oxford, Stratford-Upon-Avon and some of the famous attractions in and around London. We can tailormake a tour to specially suit members of your group of all ages from children to adults. Tell us of the age groups arriving with you and we will organise the tours and popular attractions to suit your group. All tours are day trips. We can arrange to pick you up from your hotel and bring you back at a time that suites your schedule subject to weather and traffic conditions ensuring your day is well spent ! Our chauffeurs will suggest you a choice of restaurants serving the finest cuisine and bars across London. so whether you a vegetarian or No-Veg, we can assure you will be spoilt for choice!

What happens after I've booked a car?
Upon receiving your details and full payment, we will send you a confirmation, advising you on pick up times to ensure you have enough time to reach your destination. For airport transfers, we will monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeurs meet you on time.
Method of Payment
Cheque You can send a cheque made payable to 'JK CHAUFFEUR SERVICES' at least 14 days before the date of your journey.
or Cash: Pay cash to the driver at the beginning of your journey.
or Pay Pal: Follow instructions on line and and send your payment to: info@jkchauffeurservices.com
Cancellations
48 hour notice will be required for a full refund. 50% charge for cancellations received within 24 hours.
Charges
• Minimum Journey Charge: £35
• Example: Heathrow Airport to Central London: £55
• Full Day Chauffeur Driven Car Hire £240 (within Central London)
• Airport parking costs charged as extra.
Our airport rates include a meet and greet service plus 45 minutes of free waiting time after your flight has landed. Thereafter an hourly charge of £25 will be applicable.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur in the event of unforeseen circumstances, but will endeavour to supply a vehicle of equal quality. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. However, if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pick up time, a charge of 50% will apply. We make every effort that the vehicle booked arrives on time but we cannot be held responsible or liable for losses that occur that are beyond our control, for example last minute road closures. Although our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, customer properties are carried at their own risk and we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to this property.
